At McMillan Woods Cyprus we’re committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Your privacy is extremely important to us so we only use the information you provide about yourself and your company to answer your enquiry or to help us to improve our service to you. We do not share this information with any third party except to the extent necessary to answer your enquiry if that enquiry requires the involvement of a third party. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties.

Who are we?

McMillan Wood Cyprus Ltd was established in 2018 to service the accountancy and taxation needs of small to medium businesses.  We are based in Nicosia, Cyprus as well as spending much of our time travelling to meet our clients around the country.

Over more than 26 years we have dealt with thousands of clients, and are proud to say 95% of our new clients come from recommendation.

We pride ourselves on the personal service we provide and we value the relationships we build with our clients.

How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you contact us, for example, when you inquire about products and services or provide us with what we need to provide you with regular accounting and taxation services and advice.

What type of information is collected from you?

McMillan Woods Cyprus only captures the minimum personal data required to fulfil our contractual obligations. We will securely store all personal data (hard copies and electronic copies) even if you no longer have a valid contract for us to provide services.

Who has access to your information?

Only McMillan Woods Cyprus employees who need access to your personal data to perform their duties in providing the contracted services will have access to the data.

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf:

We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example when opening a bank account). If you are a client, as we review your information in the preparation of your accounts and tax returns we may contact you regarding services and offers which we think might be beneficial to you in the running of your business, or in respect of your personal tax affairs. If you have contacted us expressing an interest in our services we may from time to time contact you with newsletters, guides and information about our services which we think you would be interested in.
